Take some time for yourself to connect with your body, mind and spirit. Yoga for women is a small group class at my home surrounded by gorgeous mountains and beautiful nature. You will be guided to move through asana (yoga poses) that releases tension, open your heart and deeply restore and relax the body. Classes run for 1hour with 15 minutes for tea and a chat afterwards.
Classes are professionally planned to meet the needs and intentions of the students. We will mostly practice Hatha Yoga which combines and breathe with bodily movements. We will also enjoy relaxing beautiful sacred mantra, journaling, intention setting, deep relaxation and restorative yoga from time to time.
Class size is limited to 8 women to ensure time and space to connect with others and enjoy the freedom of an intimate group.

Monday Morning Mindful Yoga with me, Kathryn, will set you up well for a great week ahead. We will connect with each other in an intimate group (8 Max) and move through yoga asana that energises and strengthens the body and mind as well as enjoy nurturing relaxation, meditation and easeful breath work. We will have an hour practice of yoga followed by tea and chats.
